Like most things on my approach, how teething impacts your baby will depend on your baby.

For some babies, you wouldn’t even know they are teething until you see their tooth pop through. And for others, teething can give them (and you!) a really hard time.

It’s normal for teething to impact their eating and behaviour, and especially their sleep. It’s also natural for you to worry about it and think you’ll never sleep again!

However, teething is only temporary and there IS light at the end of your teething tunnel even when it doesn’t feel it!
