Does the nightmare start before your child is even near a bedroom? When bedtime draws in, is your child happy and laughing, bouncing off the walls, or throwing things at them?! I use bedtime biology to create a smooth and stress-free bedtime.

This is the core of my approach and my reason for doing what I do. So many approaches are dressed up to sound more gentle than they really are (for example; controlled comforting, spaced soothing or reassured responses). Together we will CARE IT OUT, NOT CRY IT OUT.

I get it.That’s why my process involves you sharing your sleep story with me BEFORE we work together. If I don’t think I can help you (don't worry this is rare!) I'll be honest with you.
