The first 3 months of your brand new baby’s life AKA the fourth trimester is a very exciting time for sure, but some sleepless nights are to be expected as a new parent! It’s natural that your baby will be unsettled and sleep can be a little erratic at this stage. There can be a lot of pressure to get your baby into a routine and sleeping through the night from a young age but this is often unrealistic for baby’s who are born naturally nocturnal!

In this episode join Kerry Secker where she talks you through together:

Why your baby can be unsettled and sleep struggle at this stage?
What you can do to support your baby’s sleep at this stage?
